Job Description:

As a senior operations leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the launch of new projects and initiatives. This includes coordinating with stakeholders, managing virtual teams, and ensuring seamless execution of programs.

You will work closely with the Regional Operations team to provide administrative support and maintain high standards of people, financial, and academic excellence.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent time management, planning, and prioritization skills. They must be able to organize and manage multiple responsibilities successfully and prioritize key objectives that may change from month to month.

Able to build engagement and trust in virtual relationships, whether with customers or team members, is essential. Experience managing remote teachers is beneficial, but not required. The ability to acquire new skills as required is necessary.

  • Coordinate and manage virtual teams
  • Manage daily business data
  • Create/managing schedules with students and teachers
  • Oversee virtual tutoring sessions
  • Monitor all students' academic progress
