Project Leadership Role

This position serves as a dual leader for product and website engineering teams, overseeing Scrum Master responsibilities and primary project management for non-technical initiatives across the organization.

As a facilitator of fast-paced delivery in agile environments, you will drive alignment and execution in operational tracks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews for both website and product teams
  • Own backlog grooming and sprint tracking in ClickUp, utilizing this tool to enhance productivity
  • Monitor sprint velocity and timelines, promptly identifying and resolving blockers in real-time
  • Serve as liaison between product, engineering, and design teams to ensure clarity and cohesion
  • Foster continuous improvement by refining agile processes and team rituals, promoting a culture of high-quality execution
  • Collaborate on high-priority projects across marketing, clinical operations, customer experience, and operations departments
  • Work closely with department leads to scope projects, set realistic timelines, assign tasks, and define success metrics
  • Ensure transparency and accountability among all project stakeholders using ClickUp for planning and Slack for coordination
  • Flag potential risks early, recommend trade-offs, and drive consistent follow-through across teams
  • Provide leadership visibility into team capacity, dependencies, and delivery timelines, supporting executive decision-making
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager, Scrum Master, or Program Manager
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and ability to apply them effectively
  • Proven track record of managing both technical and non-technical projects in fast-paced settings
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Detailed familiarity with ClickUp and Slack as daily operating tools
