As the IT Account Manager, you will serve as the main point of contact for assigned business units on all IT-related matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned business units on all IT-related matters.
  • Understand business objectives and translate them into actionable IT initiatives and service requirements.
  • Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure IT solutions meet functional and regulatory requirements.
  • Facilitate prioritization of IT requests and manage expectations regarding timelines, scope, and resources.
  • Monitor service levels and user satisfaction, ensuring consistent and high-quality IT service delivery.
  • Elevate and resolve critical IT issues affecting business operations.
  • Support project scoping, planning, and business case development in collaboration with business analysts and project managers.
  • Keep stakeholders informed of IT initiatives, progress, risks, and opportunities.
  • Coordinate with vendors and third-party service providers, especially for outsourced or cloud-based solutions.
  • Track and report on IT performance metrics and service outcomes for assigned business areas.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, or a related technical field.
  • At least 3 years solid experience as an Account Manager with a focus on IT projects.
  • Project management/IT project delivery experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years in a client-facing role, demonstrating success in managing relationships and delivering IT solutions.
  • Experience with various project delivery frameworks (waterfall and agile).
  • Experience with Contract Management (SOW, MA, MITA, etc.).
