We are seeking a culinary expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods, be meticulous about maintaining a clean working environment, and have flexibility in adapting to different shifts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cook food using diverse techniques such as grilling, frying, or boiling, adhering to standardized recipes.
  • Ensure proper cleaning and sanitation of food preparation areas at all times.
  • Prepare ingredients for use in cooking the store's menu offerings.
  • Effectively communicate with front-of-house staff and management regarding order preparation and kitchen operations.
  • Maintain daily production targets and ensure products meet the establishment's standards on food safety and quality.
  • Responsible for the proper storage of food items.
  • Monitor inventory levels and recommend replenishments.
  • Verify product quantities - actual stocks should match recorded ending inventory.
  • Report and document spoiled/substandard waste.
Requirements:
  • Vocational, associate, or college degree is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of diverse cooking procedures and methods.
  • Meticulous attention to cleanliness of working area.
  • Flexible adaptability to varying shifts.
