As an Operations Specialist with e-commerce expertise, you will play a crucial role in streamlining our operations and driving business growth.

Responsibilities
  • Strategic Operations Management: Lead and streamline operations across customer service, fulfillment, marketing, and product management.
  • E-commerce Expertise: Leverage your knowledge of e-commerce software to troubleshoot technical and strategic issues within Shopify, Etsy, and associated apps.
  • Data Analysis: Collect and clean operational data to identify trends and patterns. Generate insightful reports to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Customer Experience: Deliver outstanding customer service using platforms like Gorgias. Understand customer grievances and solve issues with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Marketing & Growth: Partner with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and optimize email flows.
  • Project & Fulfillment Management: Oversee end-to-end fulfillment processes to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and alignment with quality standards.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of at least one year of success in operations or e-commerce management.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Effective communication skills with a passion for fostering collaboration and innovation.
  • Quick learner who is adaptable to new platforms.
  • Expertise in Shopify, Etsy, Gorgias, Klaviyo, Recharge, Rebuy, and their ecosystem.
