
Senior Customer Service Team Leader

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Supervisor to lead our Customer Service team. As a key member of our organization, you will oversee the daily workflow of a small team and ensure seamless communication with our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Leadership: Allocate work for a small Customer Service team (typically up to 10) and serve as their team leader.
- Service Delivery: Oversee and perform Customer Service activities, including performing routine tasks and resolving issues that may have potential for broader impact.
- Performance Evaluation: Evaluate performance and make recommendations for promotions, terminations, hiring etc.
- Process Improvement: Recommend new work procedures, as needed.
Requirements:
- 0-2 years of relevant experience in a customer service role.
- Ability to deal with conflict/change resistance.
- Ability to identify and deliver business results.
- Proficient project management skills.
