Business Risk Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Risk Manager to join our team.

  1. Risk Management: Develop and implement risk management strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure the organization's risk exposure is minimized.
  2. ERM System: Design, implement, and maintain an Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) system to identify, assess, and mitigate risks.
  3. Data Collection: Collect and analyze risk-related data to provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  4. Promote awareness of risk management best practices through training and education programs.
  5. Stakeholder Communication: Communicate risk-related information to senior management, CRO, and other stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement risk management strategies to minimize organizational risk exposure.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in risk management or a related field.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and data analysis tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
