Risk Management Specialist

This role involves providing oversight to fraud risk management activities, ensuring they align with the approved risk appetite and strategies. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing fraud risk management frameworks and conducting risk assessments.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and implement a comprehensive fraud risk management framework that meets regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy fraud detection systems.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and provide recommendations for improvements.
  • Provide training and guidance on fraud risk management best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, or Business Management.
  • 7-10 years of experience in fraud risk management, preferably in a bank setting.
  • Strong knowledge of fraud mitigation techniques, including rule writing and statistical modeling.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly.
