We're seeking an experienced data professional who can analyze vast amounts of data to provide insights that drive business growth. As a Strategic Business Analyst, you'll work closely with our Non-Lending Analytics Head to develop and implement strategies that optimize lending products.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Rigorous statistical analysis of internal and external data to support recommended strategies
  • Liaising with various business and technical teams to implement strategies
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 5-10 years of experience in data analytics or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, or a related field
  • Working knowledge of data analytics tools such as SAS, R, and Python
  • Understanding of consumer secured lending, unsecured lending, and on-lending business
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on pragmatism
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Able to deliver results across multiple projects in parallel
