Business Development Manager Job Opportunity

A highly driven Business Development Manager is sought after to drive growth in the US recruitment market.

This is a hands-on role built for someone who can own the sales cycle, coach junior reps and potentially step into a director role.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Owning outbound sales execution by closing 3-4 new clients per quarter, with a focus on healthcare (LTC) and professional services (accounting/tax).
  • Leading outbound efforts, refining messaging and building campaigns for high-impact roles (e.g. DONs, LNHAs, Tax Managers).
  • Engaging with prospects, guiding them from interest to signed contract.
  • Building a Lean Sales Engine by mentoring and training a junior lead-gen researcher.
  • Maintaining clean reporting in Salesforce and tracking conversion metrics.
  • Improving Sales Process & Client Experience by optimizing pitch decks, outreach scripts and proposals.
  • Collaborating with recruiters to ensure smooth client handoff and accurate job scoping.
