About the Job

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Metro Manila. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our company's information assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage security audits to ensure compliance with industry standards such as ISO 27001, HIPAA, SOC 1 & 2, PCIDSS
  • Prepare control owners, review evidence, test control effectiveness, present to auditors, and plan audits
  • Ensure compliance with SOC 2, ISO, HIPAA, and PCI DSS by verifying evidence accuracy and completeness
  • Lead meetings with control owners/auditors and explain control requirements
  • Identify security risks, ensure compliance (ISO 27001, ISO 22301, PCI DSS, HIPAA, GDPR), and manage security exceptions
  • Facilitate risk assessments, business continuity planning, and business impact analysis
  • Conduct internal ISMS and BCMS audits, prepare reports, and recommend security improvements
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in managing security audits, such as ISO 27001, HIPAA, SOC 1, SOC2, PCIDSS
  • Hands-on experience with security technologies
  • Experience in Information security and business continuity internal audits
  • Independently perform technical audits
  • Strong knowledge in risk management, ISO 27001, ISO 22301, PCI DSS, HIPAA, GDPR, SOC 2
  • Good technical knowledge of cyber security products
  • Proactive and assertive with the ability to manage the portfolio independently
