  • Guiding merchant partners throughout their customer journey to ensure a positive experience.
  • Developing trusted advisor relationships with merchants to maximize service usage and drive growth.
  • Monitoring delivery shipments from start to finish to guarantee successful delivery.
  • Resolving escalated delivery issues and following through to resolution to maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Identifying opportunities for new feature adoption and up-selling using customer data to drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to remediate churn risks and ensure successful renewals.
  • Educating customers on product updates and enhancements to improve the overall customer experience.
  • Providing feedback to improve the customer experience and product offerings based on customer insights.
