Key Responsibilities:

  1. Cash collection: Ensure prompt payment from clients before delivery
  2. SOA preparation: Accurately prepare and release Statements of Accounts to bill clients
  3. Daily sales reporting: Provide timely and accurate reports on daily sales transactions
  4. Aging of Accounts report: Monitor and analyze accounts receivable to optimize cash flow

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/College degree in Accountancy/Financial Management/Management
  • Proven experience in accounting, finance, or administration
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with SAP or similar accounting software
  • No prior convictions for theft or dishonesty
