About the Role

We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to lead catalogue creation, drive impactful initiatives, and thrive within an organization committed to growth and development.

The successful candidate will own catalogue delivery, manage production, ensure quality and compliance, drive collaboration, oversee quality control, and manage CMS.

This role requires experience in producing digital content at scale, managing multiple projects simultaneously while consistently meeting deadlines. Outstanding communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities are essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own Catalogue Delivery: Take full accountability for the delivery of individual catalogues, ensuring each is designed to effectively showcase products.
  • Manage Production: Oversee the entire catalogue production timeline, coordinating all content inputs and deliveries to meet publishing deadlines.
  • Ensure Quality & Compliance: Guarantee all content meets established catalogue production guidelines and agreed-upon processes.
  • Drive Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (Marketing, Commercial, Digital, Legal) and external collaborators to secure necessary content, assets, and approvals.
  • Oversee Quality Control: Conduct thorough proofreading and quality checks for all catalogue elements, ensuring accuracy in product descriptions, pricing, and imagery.
  • Manage CMS: Directly build and manage catalogue content within the BIG W Content Management System (Adobe Experience Manager - AEM).
