As a part of The Brandtech Group , we're building a team of digital focussed individuals who have the ability and confidence to learn on the job and help transform digital marketing capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop creative content ideas for social media, prepare a content calendar, and produce compelling copy.
- Create visual imagery / graphics / videos using tools like Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
- Adhere to brand guidelines for tone, voice, and visual content.
- Write compelling and clear copy for posts, captions, blogs, and other social media content.
- Craft stories that resonate with the target audience and convey the brand's narrative effectively.
- Support our content strategists, apply SEO best practices, manage paid media strategies, collaborate with media agencies.
- Optimize content for different platforms, ensuring the correct use of hashtags, keywords, and tags.
Community management and Influencer engagement
- Manage community interactions.
- Identify and collaborate with influencers and other brands for partnerships or sponsored content.
- Liaise with influencers and media agencies to boost content
Analytics and Reporting
- U se analytics tools to track performance and generate reports, providing insights for future content optimization.
Track metrics such as likes, shares, comments, and growth in followers.
Administrative Tasks
- Use social media management tools (like Hootsuite, Buffer) to schedule and distribute content across various platforms.
- Manage resources efficiently, work closely with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure content is on-brand effective in its purpose.
- Client Communication: Discuss content strategy, performance, and revisions with clients if applicable.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media and digital marketing to ensure content remains relevant and engaging.
Legal and Ethical Compliance
- Ensure all content complies with copyright laws and obtain necessary permissions and releases.
Innovation and Experimentation
- Test new content formats and experiment with different types of media to keep the content fresh and engaging.
- Analyze and integrate feedback from followers, clients, and team members to continually improve content quality.
- Passion for and inquisitive about AI and new technologies
- Understanding and knowledge of AI tools is beneficial, but ability to learn and digest benefits and features of AI tools is critical
Requirements:
- Specific experience of UGC within the automotive industry would be a huge bonus.
- Has outstanding all-round design skills, with in-depth knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong motion graphics and video editing skills are essential.
- Experience in producing digital and social media content and can demonstrate this within a wide and varied portfolio
- Has delivered both B2C and B2B collaterals in a fast paced and iterative environment
- Has an excellent understanding of the technical constraints and design regulations that all social media media assets must adhere to
- Have the confidence to present a clear design rationale with their work
- Be a very 'creative' and confident person who will actively participate in brainstorming sessions to drive digital excellence across the existing team
- Good verbal and written English communication and presentation skills
- Work well under pressure and manage workloads effectively
- Highly self-motivated and well organised
- A keen interest in the latest digital trends
- Creative agency experience
- Minimum of 3 years combined experience as a Digital Content Creator / Art Director
- Experience working across a range of high profile client accounts
- Experience working for a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with the Creative Director
