This is a senior leadership role that requires deep expertise in performance marketing, brand building, SEO, employer branding, and modern content practices including optimisation for large language models (LLMs).

You will be responsible for leading the development and execution of a unified marketing strategy across B2B and candidate funnels, translating company goals into measurable marketing objectives and KPIs, owning the marketing budget and performance tracking across all channels.

You will also oversee the entire inbound growth engine, with a strong focus on SEO (organic search), paid (Google, Bing), LinkedIn and conversion rate optimisation, ensuring our content and site structure are optimised for LLM discovery, so that we appear in AI-generated search summaries and answer boxes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership
    • Develop and execute a unified marketing strategy across B2B and candidate funnels.
    • Translate company goals into measurable marketing objectives and KPIs.
    • Owning the marketing budget and performance tracking across all channels.
  • B2B Demand Generation
    • Oversight of the entire inbound growth engine.
    • Strong focus on SEO, paid, LinkedIn and conversion rate optimisation.
    • Ensuring our content and site structure are optimised for LLM discovery.
  • Talent Marketing & Employer Branding
    • Building and scaling a talent attraction engine across Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
    • Owning employer branding strategy and creative direction to attract the top 1% of global talent.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years in marketing, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role managing cross-functional teams.
  • Proven success leading B2B marketing strategies in service-based industries.
  • Deep knowledge of SEO, performance marketing, content, social media, and funnel optimisation.
  • Solid experience with WordPress, including managing updates, plugins, technical SEO, and landing page strategies.
  • Strong grasp of LLM discoverability best practices and how to optimise content for tools like ChatGPT, Google SGE, and Perplexity.
  • Confident with analytics tools to report on performance and guide decision-making.
Work Arrangements
  • Home-based (requires 2 Eastwood office visits per month)
  • Requires strong internet connection (minimum of 20 mbps)
  • Requires own Laptop/PC (minimum of i5 8GB RAM)
