Job Title: Digital Growth SpecialistAbout the Role

This position focuses on developing and implementing search engine optimization strategies across various projects, identifying opportunities for improvement, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance site visibility, performance, and search rankings. We are seeking a detail-driven individual who thrives on data analysis, takes initiative, and aims to drive sustainable organic growth in the e-commerce space.

Key Responsibilities:
  • SEO strategy and technical optimization: Develop and execute comprehensive SEO plans across multiple projects.
  • Keyword research and competitive analysis: Identify areas for improvement, create roadmaps, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance online presence.
  • Collaboration with web and content teams: Work closely with web and content teams to ensure alignment and success.
  • Performance monitoring and reporting: Track and report on key performance metrics to inform SEO strategies.
  • Process development and documentation: Document processes and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Exploration of AI-driven search trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in AI-driven search trends and answer engine optimization.
Requirements:
  • 5–7+ years of experience in SEO, with 3+ years in technical and strategic roles.
  • Proven expertise in site audits, on-page optimization, crawlability, and performance improvement.
  • Proficiency in SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog) and CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, Shopify).
  • Strong understanding of keyword strategy, competitor analysis, and SERP behavior.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret SEO data to inform actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, Frase) and AI-driven search trends.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
