Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Policy Specialist to join our team.

This role requires a strong understanding of Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance policies, coverages, and products. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in Commercial Lines Insurance, with a proven track record of client retention and sales growth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for quoting policies with top-rated carriers, preparing renewals, remarketing accounts, processing claims, and making policy changes. They will also provide proposals for agency producers and focus on cross-selling and expanding existing accounts.
