Line Cook

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with established recipes and guidelines.
• Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies, ensuring a smooth and efficient service.
• Assist in food preparation, including chopping vegetables, butchering meat, and preparing sauces.
• Ensure food presentation meets the company's standards, paying attention to aesthetics and portion control.
• Follow food safety and sanitation regulations, maintaining a clean and organized work area.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to coordinate orders and ensure timely delivery of dishes to customers.
• Handle multiple orders simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and quality.
• Adapt to changing priorities and be flexible in assisting with various kitchen tasks as needed.
• Stay updated with new culinary techniques and trends, contributing innovative ideas to the menu.
• Maintain a positive and cooperative attitude within the team, fostering a harmonious work environment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Line Cook or relevant culinary training in a restaurant or similar setting.
• Strong understanding of various cooking techniques and food preparation methods.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure during busy hours.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong teamwork and communication abilities.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects when required.
• Culinary degree or relevant certifications are a plus but not mandatory.
• A passion for cooking and a dedication to delivering exceptional dishes to our guests.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php15,000.00 per month
