Project Leadership Role

We are seeking a dynamic Project Leadership professional to manage and oversee multiple projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to drive project success.

  • Lead project teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and assign project resources to client engagements.
  • Maintain relationships with internal stakeholders through partnership, cooperation, and trust.
  • Manage risk identification, escalations, and issue resolution on concurrent client projects.
  • Mentor staff in Agile methodologies and best practices in project management to enhance project delivery.
  • Communicate clear responsibilities, accountabilities, and growth plans to teams by managing work assignments, training, and performance appraisals.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in leading project teams and managing client expectations.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively up to Executive Levels.
  • Extensive experience aligning diverse teams across multiple locations to deliver projects in alignment with project commitments.
  • Ability to lay out sound work plans and resolve competing trade-offs.
  • Ability to manage up to 20 people and provide guidance on their career development.
