As a key contributor to our organization, you will play a vital role in creating and maintaining a comprehensive knowledge base that empowers customers to self-serve and internal teams to operate with confidence.

The successful candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex technical concepts into clear and concise language. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are also essential, as you will be responsible for identifying knowledge gaps and proposing scalable solutions.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Engineers, Support, and Customer Success, to ensure our knowledge ecosystem is accurate, current, and discoverable. In addition, you will leverage AI-assisted tools to accelerate drafting, auditing, and surfacing weak or duplicate content.

Responsibilities include:

  • Researching, writing, and developing new and updated knowledge base articles, FAQs, troubleshooting guides, snippets, and internal enablement documents.
  • Partnering with Product Managers and Engineers to deeply understand new features and translate technical detail into clear customer-ready content.
  • Collaborating with Support, Customer Success, and Enablement teams to capture recurring issues, identify knowledge gaps, and improve internal workflows.
  • Using AI-assisted tools to accelerate drafting, auditing, and surfacing weak or duplicate content.
  • Conducting recurring content audits to ensure the knowledge base remains accurate, current, and discoverable.
  • Mentoring junior writers, sharing best practices for technical writing, SEO, and AI adoption.
  • Driving the creation and execution of release notes and documentation plans tied to product launches.
  • Providing training/reference content to accelerate onboarding and upskilling of internal employees.
