Our team is seeking an accomplished Design Documentation Specialist to join our dynamic architecture studio. This role involves collaborating with designers to create precise, detailed documentation using Revit.

About the Role

You will be a key member of our small, design-driven team, working closely with us on projects that showcase creativity, light, material, and context.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create accurate construction documentation in Revit, including general arrangement plans, sections, and elevations
  • Utilize supplied Revit templates and adhere to established documentation styles
  • Evaluate mark-ups, redlines, and verbal directions effectively
  • Cultivate strong communication and collaboration skills within a remote work environment
  • Manage your own time efficiently to meet project deadlines
  • Support the team with proactive input and a collaborative attitude
Requirements
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Revit, with expertise in drafting/documentation
  • Significant experience in preparing construction documentation across multiple drawing types and scales
  • Strong understanding of Australian construction standards and documentation formats
  • Excellent attention to detail and methodical approach to drafting
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and able to manage tasks independently
  • Portfolio of relevant documentation work required
