Job Title: Senior Financial Reporting Specialist

Role Summary:

This position is responsible for managing and performing general ledger activities, including fixed assets, intangibles, leases, intercompany transactions, transfer pricing, prepaids, GRIR, stock rotation, accruals, and tax-related entries.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IFRS or GAAP, accounting principles, and internal financial controls. Proficiency in SAP S4 HANA is required, along with experience using Concur, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and banking platforms such as JPMorgan Access.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage month-end and year-end close processes to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and conduct variance analysis.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.
  • Maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • CPA certification is required.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and clear communication skills.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines with accuracy and efficiency.
  • High attention to detail with a strong commitment to accuracy and quality.
