Business Performance Consultant

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented professional to assess learner performance data, evaluate training effectiveness, and partner with learning leaders to implement solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather, analyze, and interpret performance and learner data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that drive improvements in learning curriculum and instructional experiences.
  • Perform root-cause analyses on performance deviations and outliers, identifying both immediate and long-term solutions.
  • Translate complex analytical findings into clear, concise, and business-friendly narratives and recommendations.
  • Partner closely with instructional designers, trainers, and leadership teams to implement data-driven learning solutions.
  • Presentation of insights to stakeholders through intuitive dashboards, reports, and support leadership presentations tailored for non-technical audiences.
  • Act as a liaison between technical data teams and business stakeholders, ensuring insights are effectively communicated, actionable, and aligned with business goals.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and drive innovation in learning analytics and curriculum design.
  • Participate actively in all phases of project lifecycles including requirements gathering, data analysis, benchmarking, testing, validation, and rollout.
