Senior Software Engineer Role

We are seeking a highly skilled software engineer to join our team.

The payments platform requires modern, scalable, and resilient software systems. As a senior engineer, you will play a crucial role in building and scaling the systems that form the foundation of our platform.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a rapidly growing organization with ambitious plans to build a comprehensive treasury platform into a leading financial infrastructure globally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop scalable software systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver project goals
  • Develop and maintain microservices and client-facing APIs
  • Ensure high-quality code, following best practices and testing standards
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback

Requirements:

  • Strong problem-solving skills paired with a proactive mindset
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • At least 3 years of experience working on systems at scale
  • Proven experience in building and maintaining microservices
  • Experience with client-facing APIs
  • Strong coding skills, preferably in Go

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in the financial industry or knowledge of payment rails
  • Experience with financial reconciliation systems
  • Experience with ISO20022 financial standard
