
HR Operations Specialist

The Compliance Coordinator is a key position responsible for managing compliance-related inquiries submitted by our workforce.
This individual serves as the first point of contact for employee tickets received through various platforms, demonstrating sharpness, solutions-driven approach, and stakeholder focus.
Main Responsibilities- Ticket Management: Monitor and manage compliance-related tickets; engage with employees to assess inquiries; accurately document, track, and follow up on all compliance cases from intake to resolution.
- Compliance Triage & Escalation: Evaluate issues, determine course of action, and route cases to relevant departments with documentation and context.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with internal stakeholders to validate information, seek subject-matter input, and support process improvement.
- Must-Have Skills & Experience: 3+ years in HR operations, compliance support, or case management; familiarity with U.S. or Canadian compliance topics; strong interpersonal and communication skills; critical thinking, proactive approach, and ability to ask smart questions.
- Preferred: Experience supporting North American teams from an offshore/remote environment, comfortable collaborating across time zones, and remote work setup.
