Drive Operational Excellence

The successful candidate will spearhead the delivery of core banking solutions, aligning them with business goals and growth strategies.

They will design and implement demand management processes for services, ensuring efficiency and seamless integration.

This role requires a proven track record in MSP Service Delivery, experience in software development or solutions architecture, strategic planning, prioritization abilities, and deep understanding of IT delivery methodologies.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead complex projects and manage multiple stakeholders
  • Design and implement operational processes and procedures
  • Develop and maintain relationships with managed service providers
  • Manage and mitigate risks associated with core service delivery

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in MSP Service Delivery
  • Experience in software development or solutions architecture
