Content Strategist Position Overview

We are seeking a creative and driven Content Strategist to fuel our growth by developing ad creatives that drive conversions.

This role will serve as the bridge between internal design teams, UGC creators, and performance marketers, ensuring a constant flow of engaging content across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with in-house design and media production teams to brief and request static and video assets for paid campaigns
  • Source, brief, and manage UGC creators and agencies to deliver daily fresh video content
  • Translate campaign objectives into clear creative briefs that drive measurable outcomes
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of performance-ready creatives across TikTok, Meta, Google, and other paid platforms
  • Work with the Performance Marketing Manager to review creative performance (CTR, CVR, success rates) and iterate quickly

In this role, you'll need to work with US timezone to drive outcomes for the US market.

Essential Qualifications:
  • 3–5 years of experience in content management or marketing
  • Proven experience producing UGC-led video ads in partnership with creators or agencies
  • Strong understanding of paid platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok) and what makes content convert
  • Strong project management skills; comfortable managing multiple creative streams at once
  • Data-driven with a keen eye for performance metrics (CTR, engagement, conversion)
