Direct-Response Ad Creative Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled graphic designer with expertise in creating high-performing ad campaigns that drive results. As a direct-response ad creative specialist, you will collaborate with e-commerce brands to design visually appealing and conversion-focused ad creatives.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Create 40 static ad creatives per week that meet client expectations.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and deliver tailored designs.
  • Take ownership of creative output while maintaining quality standards.
  • Collaborate with the team on testing and iteration to optimize ad performance.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in direct-response design (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of marketing psychology and its application in visual design.
  • Ability to work independently and consistently deliver high-quality work.
  • A portfolio demonstrating conversion-focused design skills.
