Ad Creative Specialist

Hiring: A highly skilled Ad Creative Specialist to join our team.

Are you a talented designer with a knack for creating ad creatives that drive results?

As an Ad Creative Specialist, you will design static ads that convert. Your role includes:

  • Designing 40 static ad creatives per week.
  • Working from high-level briefs and ideas to turn concepts into powerful visuals that sell.
  • Taking full ownership of creative output while maintaining quality at scale.
  • Collaborating with our team on testing and iterating to find winning creative angles.

Key skills and qualifications include:

  • Proven experience in direct-response design (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.).
  • A strong grasp of marketing psychology and how to translate it into visual design.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver consistently.
  • A portfolio that demonstrates conversion-focused design skills.
