We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT professional to manage, secure, and optimize our on-premises and cloud-based IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in server administration, network management, and Office 365 administration.

The job requires expertise in designing, deploying, and managing IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and storage systems. Additionally, the candidate must be able to administer on-premises and cloud environments with high availability and disaster recovery.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Design, Deploy, and Manage IT Infrastructure
  • Administer On-Premises and Cloud Environments
  • Collaborate with Teams
  • Perform Capacity Planning and Scaling
  • Monitor and Maintain IT Infrastructure
  • Administer Office 365 Services

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 3-4 years of experience as a help desk escalation point for workstation and Office 365 related issues
  • Managing Windows Infrastructure: Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP
  • Office 365 Administration: Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Azure Active Directory, Azure AD Connect, Security and Compliance

The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, be able to work collaboratively, and demonstrate adaptability to changing priorities.
