Job Description:

A leading role has become available for a highly skilled Google Ads specialist to manage and optimize large-scale campaigns across various industries.

This challenging opportunity requires an individual with extensive experience in Google Ads management, delivering exceptional results through innovative strategies.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in campaign strategy, data analysis, media buying, A/B testing, keyword research, budget optimization, and YouTube advertising.

  • Campaign Strategy Specialist: Develop and execute Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, and Performance Max with large budgets
  • Data Analyst: Utilize Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other tools to track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance in real-time
  • Media Buyer: Design and execute advanced bidding strategies to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS), reduce cost per acquisition (CPA), and drive consistent revenue growth
  • A/B Testing Professional: Conduct A/B tests for ad creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies to refine campaign performance and identify high-converting assets
  • Keyword Researcher: Perform advanced keyword research and competitive analysis to dominate search engine result pages (SERPs) and uncover growth opportunities
  • Budget Optimizer: Manage and allocate high ad spend budgets with precision, ensuring maximum efficiency and profitability
  • YouTube Expert: Develop and manage high-performing YouTube ad campaigns, leveraging audience targeting and creative storytelling to capture engagement
  • Google Suite Master: Leverage Google's ecosystem, including Merchant Center, Data Studio, and Looker Studio for comprehensive campaign management and reporting
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Google Ads Guru: 5+ years of experience managing large-scale Google Ads accounts with consistent success in achieving high ROAS
  • Results-Driven: Proven ability to meet and exceed aggressive key performance indicators (KPIs) in highly competitive industries
  • Tech Savvy: Advanced proficiency with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Data Studio, Merchant Center, and related tools
  • Problem-Solver: Exceptional analytical skills with a data-driven approach to troubleshooting and optimizing campaigns
  • Continuous Learner: Stays ahead of the latest Google Ads trends, tools, and strategies
  • Detail-Oriented: Precision-focused with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns seamlessly
Preferred Experience:
  • Industry Focus: Experience managing Google Ads for eCommerce, SaaS, or high-growth businesses is highly desirable
  • Certifications: Google Ads certifications (Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube) are required. Advanced certifications are a plus
