What you'll be doing

  • Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve the company's website visibility and ranking in search engine results
  • Conduct thorough keyword research and on-page optimization to enhance content discoverability
  • Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns to ensure efficient budget allocation and cost-effective lead generation
  • Analyze website analytics and paid media performance to identify opportunities for improvement and make data-driven recommendations
  • Collaborate with the creative and content teams to ensure a cohesive digital marketing approach
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO and paid search trends, algorithms and best practices

What we're looking for

  • 2-3 years of experience in SEO and Google Ads management, ideally in the Marketing & Communications industry
  • Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, on-page optimization, keyword research and content strategy
  • Proficiency in using Google Analytics, Google Search Console and Google Ads to track, analyze and report on campaign performance
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive insights and make data-driven decisions
  • Good collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • A passion for staying up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices
