Customer Service Consultant Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a Customer Service Consultant.

This role involves being the point of contact, answering inbound calls and providing exceptional customer service to consumers. The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, be proficient in reading and possess multi-tasking skills.

The successful candidate will also have:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Demonstrated ability to perform at a high level, supporting a high volume of inbound calls
  • Basic PC keyboarding skills and Microsoft Office experience required
  • Prior customer service experience is preferred but not essential

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Answer inbound calls and provide exceptional customer service to consumers
  2. Respond to inquiries about products and services, process payments and perform general account maintenance
  3. Upsell customers to new products or services may be encouraged
