Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in Organization Development, Employee Engagement, and Change Management
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
