Key Role Summary

The Client Operations Analyst role requires a professional with strong account management and project coordination skills. This position involves direct collaboration with the Client Operations Lead and clients to ensure timely completion of goals and tasks.

As a key service relationship owner, you will be responsible for maintaining excellent working relationships with Field operations groups and 3rd party contractors as needed.

Responsibilities
  • Manage customer accounts and coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, sales, and other teams to ensure accurate billing and timely completion of projects.
  • Project manage next milestones throughout the year, ensuring successful completion of goals and tasks.
  • Owning key service relationships with customers, ensuring highest levels of satisfaction while building enduring relationships.
  • Collaborate with the wider NCR Customer Account team to identify and qualify new service opportunities and provide consultative guidance.

Collaboration is key in this role, requiring strong interpersonal skills to build trust and confidence with clients and internal stakeholders alike.
