Financial Management Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to maintain accurate financial records and support accounting operations.

The ideal candidate will be organized, tech-savvy, and passionate about helping businesses run smoothly. They will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and categorize transactions using accounting software such as QuickBooks or Xero.
  • Reconcile bank and credit card statements to ensure accuracy.
  • Create and maintain financial spreadsheets and reports for management review.
  • Invoice clients and manage accounts receivable/payable in a timely manner.
  • Organize receipts and financial documents for easy access and reference.
  • Assist with payroll and expense tracking to ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as email management, calendar scheduling, and data entry.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a bookkeeper or accountant.
  • Proficient in accounting software such as QuickBooks Online or Xero.
  • Strong knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets for financial analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.

Familiarity with project management tools would be beneficial.
