Job Title: Technical Support Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Support Engineer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and technical support.

About the Role
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to customers, resolving complex technical issues, and ensuring timely and effective support.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Investigate and resolve intricate technical problems through thorough troubleshooting and analysis.
  2. Provide empathetic, accurate, and responsive support while maintaining a customer-first mindset.
  3. Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to identify, document, and escalate bugs or system limitations.
  4. Mentor junior support engineers, sharing expertise and best practices to enhance troubleshooting efficiency.
Essential Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of technical support experience, with at least 1 year handling escalations or advanced troubleshooting in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong background in customer service and technical problem-solving.
  • Proven ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex SaaS applications.
  • Familiarity with database queries (SQL) and logging platforms for troubleshooting is advantageous.
