
Appointment Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and personable appointment setter to join our team as an Appointment Scheduling Professional. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, setting appointments, and supporting our sales team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Prospect Outreach: Engage potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Inbound Call Management: Answer inbound calls professionally, respond to inquiries, and convert incoming leads into appointments.
- Appointment Coordination: Coordinate and schedule appointments or meetings between prospects, sales teams, and local dealers.
- Lead Qualification: Assess and qualify leads to ensure a smooth transition for the sales team.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and appointment statuses in the CRM system.
- Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls and emails to ensure appointments are confirmed and rescheduled if necessary.
Requirements:
- Experience in appointment-setting is required.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using HubSpot CRM software and other digital communication tools.
- Strong time management and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and resilient in the face of rejection.
- Ability to work well both independently and in a team environment.
