Employment Opportunity for Instructional Design SpecialistWe are seeking an accomplished Instructional Designer to assist in creating high-quality learning programs that cater to diverse roles within our organization. This role requires collaboration with the instructional design team to develop and deploy engaging course content.The key responsibilities of this position include:
  • Applying recognized models such as ADDIE, SAM, and Kirkpatrick to craft interactive course content and learning activities.
  • Identifying suitable delivery methods to meet learning objectives and adapting instructional materials accordingly.
  • Autoring training material using popular tools like Articulate 360, Vyond, Canva, and other common platforms.
  • Maintaining knowledge of adult learning theory and learning technologies to accelerate development.
  • Developing course content, including graphics, scenarios, job aids, simulations, audio scripts, eLearning courses, and live virtual learning experiences.
  • Skillfully managing all aspects of instructional design, including needs assessment, design, development, implementation, and evaluation.
