We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through phone support.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their expectations. You will also be responsible for escalating calls to supervisors when necessary and providing feedback reports on call issues related to downtime and/or training issues.

About the Job:
The successful candidate will have:
- A high school diploma or equivalent required; an associate's degree preferred
- Experience in customer service, particularly in phone-related customer service
- Familiarity with Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel applications
- Ability to use phone and computer systems effectively
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
