Job Description

As a Listing Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing calendars, emails, CRM systems, and team communication. This role is essential to the success of our U.S.-based real estate team.

  • Manage calendars, emails, CRM systems (like Compass), and team communication
  • Support real estate transactions and prepare key documents
  • Maintain accurate client data and track birthdays, home anniversaries, and milestones
  • Run reports (like CMAs) and assist with post-sale follow-up
  • Create branded marketing materials (flyers, brochures, social media graphics) using Canva, Adobe, or similar tools
  • Plan, schedule, and manage social media content across various platforms
  • Write and send newsletters featuring listings, updates, and team news
  • Collaborate with agents to keep marketing aligned with their brand and goals
  • Keep websites and online listings up to date
