**Financial Planning Expert**

In this key role, you will provide critical financial insights to drive business performance and support strategic decision-making for the HVAC and WRAC segments.

  • Budgeting and Forecasting Lead: Develop and execute comprehensive budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure accurate financial planning and predictions.
  • Performance Analysis Specialist: Conduct in-depth monthly performance analysis and variance reporting to identify areas of improvement and optimize financial outcomes.
  • Cost Management Partner: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor OPEX lines and develop cost management strategies that drive efficiency and reduce expenses.
  • Financial Reporting Expert: Prepare detailed financial decks and dashboards (e.g., Ops Deck, Net Sales, Segment P&L, AGM Report) to facilitate informed business decisions.
  • Business Case Validator: Work closely with Pricing and Marketing teams to validate business cases and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Process Improvement Champion: Identify opportunities to enhance financial processes and systems, and collaborate with stakeholders to implement improvements.

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning Expert with strong analytical, communication, and business partnering skills. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accountancy, Economics, or a related field, and at least 3-5 years of experience in FP&A, management reporting, or financial analysis.
