Job Description

The Procurement Analyst will report to the Procurement Engine Room Leader of the APAC Procurement as a Service team. The role involves executing e-sourcing events, contracts management, supplier compliance, supplier performance and other reporting tasks.

  • Works closely with Business Operations to ensure completeness of Scope of Work/ Bill of Quantities to be used in RFx activities.
  • Develops standardized systems and controls for procurement including RFx documentation, work authorization, purchase and change order systems, and supplier/contractor eligibility criteria.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Implement and manage supplier vetting certification process.
  2. Manage the supplier vetting certification process including review of requisite experience, legal and organizational structure, financial viability, geographic coverage, insurance requirements and other capabilities.
