Job Summary
The Call Center Trainer is responsible for delivering impactful training sessions to develop the skills of call center representatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in team management, excellent communication and leadership skills, and experience in developing and implementing training plans.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs to enhance agent performance.
- Analyze training needs and create effective development plans to achieve business objectives.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training materials and implement improvements as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of training sessions and outcomes.
- Prior experience in team management or training.
