Client Relations Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Client Relations Specialist to join our team. As the primary point of contact for our clients, you will be responsible for managing real-time communication via various channels and resolving issues swiftly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage client interactions via multiple platforms including chat, voice, email, and video conferencing tools.
  • Resolve service issues directly when possible and escalate critical concerns with full context.
  • Document all client interactions in a centralized system.
  • Track onboarding progress and communicate effectively with internal teams to meet client needs promptly.
  • Uphold high standards of customer service and respond to client inquiries within a set timeframe.
Schedule and Time Zone:

This role requires working 12-hour shifts with rotating rest days and is based in the Central Time Zone.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in a client-facing role with expertise in handling VIP or high-profile clients.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Able to manage demanding personalities and de-escalate tense situations.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with relevant software applications such as ClickUp, Google Workspace, and Zoom.
