Job Summary:
The Account Growth Strategist will lead engagement with high-value customers to ensure satisfaction and maximize value. This role involves developing strong relationships, driving growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of key accounts to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and concerns.
- Develop strategic plans to increase customer adoption and upsell/cross-sell services and products.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless handoffs and optimal customer experience.
- Monitor customer analytics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and optimize the solution.
- Act as an escalation point for high-impact customer issues and ensure timely resolution.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years' experience in customer success or similar roles.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to translate customer needs into business requirements.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to establish milestones and project plans.
- Excellent cybersecurity knowledge and understanding of technology benefits.
