
Administrative Support Specialist

The Facilities Coordinator role is responsible for assisting the Facilities Manager/Assistant Facilities Manager with operational activities in accounting and finance, maintenance and operations, vendor oversight, purchasing of material, equipment and supplies, occupancy services and help desk.
Key Responsibilities- Client/Stakeholder Management: Provide superior customer service to meet on-site client expectations.
- Procurement & Vendor Management: Assist in the management of all contractors on site to ensure they perform to required standards (including inspection of vendors' works).
- Finance Management: Assist in financial processes to ensure that all financial management requirements are completed in a timely and accurate manner.
- Health & Safety Management: Conduct regular audits to ensure safety procedures on site are in place and working.
- Site Operations Management: Assist in the implementation of Industry Best Practice operations.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. They will also have strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Technical skills will include proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Familiarity with property management software would be an asset.
