Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our call center. This individual will be responsible for managing a team of agents, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to provide excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in a call center environment, with at least 1 year of supervisory experience. They should possess strong leadership skills, be able to motivate and discipline employees as needed, and have excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

As an Operations Supervisor, you will play a critical role in driving continuous improvement initiatives, identifying areas for cost reduction, and implementing best practices across the organization.

You will work closely with reporting managers to resolve complex issues and ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.

Key responsibilities include hiring, training, and preparing call center representatives, ensuring agents understand and comply with performance standards and policies, monitoring and evaluating agent performance, and providing coaching and corrective action when necessary.

Additional responsibilities include reducing costs through process improvements, driving business growth through trend analysis and metrics management, and promoting a culture of continuous learning and development.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
