Supply Chain Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain professional to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Production Planning: Coordinate with manufacturers on production timelines, capacity, and material flow.
  • Inbound Logistics: Oversee inbound logistics and outbound fulfillment, including freight, warehousing, and last-mile delivery.
  • Inventory Management: Track inventory movement and reconcile discrepancies across ERP systems.
  • Forecasting: Forecast inventory needs in collaboration with Ops teams.
  • Process Improvements: Lead process improvements across manufacturing and logistics to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with international trade and shipping regulations.
Ideal Background
  • Experience: 3–5+ years in supply chain operations, logistics, or management.
  • DTC or CPG Environment: Experience in DTC or CPG environments; startup or high-growth preferred.
  • ERP Systems: Familiar with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, DEAR), Google Sheets/Excel.
  • Analytical and Organizational Skills: Strong analytical, organizational, and vendor management skills.
  • 3PL and Freight Forwarders: Experience working with 3PLs and freight forwarders.
  • Bonus: Exposure to quality control or sustainability in production/shipping.

This role will report to the Director of Operations and play a key part in scaling our operations as we expand product lines and distribution channels. We're looking for someone proactive, operationally sharp, and ready to make an immediate impact.
